QUICK DIAGNOSTICS
- Launch data: use SYNC once and check the source timestamp shown in the mission deck.
- Reminders: confirm notification permission and that the launch time has not changed.
- Official streams: webcast links appear only when a source provides a verified destination.
- Optional tips: on mobile, open the launch deck and tap TIPS. Tips unlock nothing and can be ignored.
PURCHASE SUPPORT
Optional tips are one-time consumable purchases handled by Apple or Google. If checkout does not complete, do not retry repeatedly; check your store purchase history first. For billing or refund requests, use the support tools provided by the store that processed the payment.
